IAAPA Map 25

IAAPA '25 was an 8 park, 10 day trip from November 14th, through November 23rd, 2025. I would take a large majority of this trip with Luke, Josh, and Abi, also spending time with Audrey, Andy, Peyton, and Caroline. Visiting the IAAPA expo is a wonderful trip, getting to see the sights and sounds of the showfloor, and getting to visit all the parks was wonderful as well.

We would leave from Sandusky the evening of November 13th after class, to head to Luke's house. Luke, Josh, and I would meet up with Abi at Luke's house. We didn't do too much that night since we had to be on the road by 5am. The morning of Friday November 14th We would start the long drive to Atlanta Georgia, to visit the Georgia Aquarium, and Fun Spot Atlanta. Along the way we stopped at two Buc-ee's and we made it right on time for the Aquarium. After the Aquarium we would do Fun Spot, and get dinner at Dwarf House.

Saturday we would spend all day at Six Flags Over Georgia, and get Cookout for dinner. You can read more about our day down below. Sunday we would be on the road by 5am, to visit Busch Gardens Tampa. Along the way we stopped at Buc-ee's number 3, and had breakfast there. We made it to Busch Gardens by 1pm, and we had a thrilling day at BGT. You can read more about it below. After BGT, Luke, Josh, and Abi dropped me off with Audrey at our AirB&B, and I would go to bed.

Making it just in time for my first Education Session at 8:30am at the IAAPA Expo. Most of my Monday was spent in Education Sessions, however afterward we would all have dinner at Old Red. Luke, Josh, Abi, Ronan, Caroline and I went to Fun Spot Orlando.

Tuesday and Wednesday I went to various unveilings, spoke with many different industry professionals, and would get to try many unique things. I spoke with S&S Worldwide, RMC, and even Sally Dark Rides. All the different things shown off were so cool. In the evenings, I would head to Fun Spot Kissemmee, and enjoy the rides there.

Friday Luke, Josh, Abi, and I would head to Disney Springs for lunch, before heading towards Carowinds. We had a long, traffic filled drive up I-95, and it wasn't very enjoyable. We stopped at two additional Buc-ee's on the way to Carowinds. Saturday was spent at Carowinds, before making the drive back to Luke's house. To wrap up the trip, we would visit BGSU to see Owen's show, and it was a very well done show. Josh and I would get back to Sandusky at 9pm, after a long 10 day trip.
