My eventful week
hello wonderful world of youtube it's alex and today um i'm gonna take i haven't uploaded in a week i'm sorry it's just uh i've had a very eventful week so to begin monday i went to a dentist appointment wasn't very exciting but it was definitely the first part of my little saga of teeth it was just a regular cleaning the idea idea and that's important then comes tuesday i get an expander in my mouth now i'm going to show it to you guys because it's kind of way back there it's
hard to see but uh yeah then i couldn't talk for a day and it also couldn't eat for about 12 hours wednesday nothing happened in fact i kind of survived at school it was all good thursday rolls around um i got braces you see got these races they still hurt hurt like hell uh yeah they're there now um and then we have friday i got my first uh covet shot yeah um i would show you guys the card however i'm not stupid there's a lot of information i don't know so yeah i got my first coveted shot
that um next one's gonna be scheduled on the 23rd of april but uh yeah that that was actually a fun day because i went to the wool student center in cleveland got my shot after that i went to krispy kreme and got a donut it hurt eating it but it was worth it um and then i went home and chilled out the rest of the day but uh yeah um my week was kind of eventful and i'd say saturdays and then still so yeah on saturday i um i did um woke up in the morning did some maneuverability practice with my dad
and i was at like 11 o'clock in the morning after that we went and got milkshake from dairy queen because i'm good at this and also because basically until my teeth stop hurting the only thing i can eat is liquid food it sucks but uh yeah after that um i went to my mom's house we did an easter egg hunt today because tomorrow's easter context but we did today because i'm not gonna be in town tomorrow because i'm going to columbus and then after that went to my cousin's
house and we uh called oh we um dye easter eggs which was fun uh but yeah i i'm sorry about blowing guys i i'm gonna try to upload two or three times over my spring break which is next week so yeah if you guys like this video please do like comment subscribe if you actually watch this far comment um donut anyways thanks all for watching peace out

I got my drivers license
hello wonderful world of youtube it's alex and uh well i got some cool news because uh i i am now a licensed driver in the state of ohio it's pretty cool i also got these braces i think i said that already but whatever i think i'm gonna start doing more weekly recaps because time and stuff like that um but anyways uh so let's start off it's spring break sunday i drove down to columbus um my cousins learned how to do a front flip on a trampoline and then drove back it was all fun
monday uh i don't think i did anything monday tuesday went on a bike ride with a friend that was fun wednesday went on a hike with my friend to my my friends different group and uh who's fine we also actually fell into the drink a couple times drink being a creak but yeah thursday i kind of just relaxed hung out played minecraft with my buddy starmaster online um friday which is yesterday i uh got my driver's license it took five hours or four hours sorry uh to get it but in the end
i'm now a licensed driver i can technically drive anywhere i want in the contiguous united states um which is pretty cool but uh yeah um was it's pretty good anyways um oh and today we're gonna go to the mexican restaurant because why the hell not i want some mexican food because i watched pickled me too last night in celebration that's because i was too lazy to change the channel on the television uh but yeah anyways i will see you guys in another video when i can actually have some more entertaining things in my
life actually you know what no before i go i'm gonna give you guys a little bit more of a run down that driver's ed um basically i get there go inside the dmv i mean bmv sorry and i go okay i have a driver's test and i go okay you just gotta fill out this paperwork that says that i'm gonna do it and stuff like that and he said go to my car get ready because there's no people in the car now it's no road test it's like a parking lot mini course i wait i think i waited like
15 minutes to actually start and then i do it was actually easy just a couple turns breaking stuff like that maneuverability pretty good on just kidding i did horrible but i still passed then i had to go and i said the paperwork to actually get my license notarized i think it's notarized i don't know go in there and i go oh you need your birth certificate i'm gonna go oh so we had to go home grab birth certificate but luckily the uh bmv of my city they were open um and they could actually notarize my
driver's license so like oh yeah you can go there if you want like oh sweet so we go over there go home you know grab my passport and birth certificate we grabbed everything we needed head on over we waited two hours in line but by the time we got in it was like a 20-minute process to get my license finalized and then i took my photo it was pretty sweet then i went home and proceeded to play minecraft for three or four hours it was nice anyways yeah thanks for watching if you made this far comment driver's license below and i'll see you guys later peace out

The saga of the 2009 Saturn Aura
hello wonderful world of youtube it's alex sorry my brother's playing a game in the background anyways i'm going to do that weekly recap oh i'd be quiet down anyways um so this week was a very eventful week so um monday i know sunday my bad car driving my car check engine light comes on uh don't think too much about it uh i tell my parents like okay i'll get looked at monday check engine light disappears but we're still gonna get looked at just to be safe after all it could have just been
something reading wrong but it's better to be safe tuesday rolls around and that's when all hell breaks loose i'm driving my car uh and well to school was fine but leaving school i got three warning lights i got my engine was rumbling like nuts it's i was getting like three 3500 rpm going 25 miles an hour it wasn't good um but it was not very good uh get to shop wasn't good um but that's the little saga of the Saturn because i just got the car back today friday um from the shop it's good it's
new well it's nearly good as new because it's a saturn 2009 saturn aurora but um the rest this week was kind of uneventful really um other than the minecraft server i play on a lot that's a new owner um yeah oh and i guess i should talk about you know i'll do stocks tomorrow in a video i i really want to get back to doing two videos a week but i need stuff to talk about if you guys can really leave stuff to talk about that'd be great anyways thanks for watching see you guys later peace out

How much music have we lost?
hello wonderful world of youtube it's alex and you know today i i was listening to my my music playlist um which by the way has a lot of 80s and 90s and only 2 000 songs are just not really well known and i was just wondering like how much music do we have we lost in the last 40 no 50 years and honestly that's like a an interesting question because some of these songs i have the videos the people who uploaded them on youtube think the maker uploaded 10 years ago 12 years ago only a couple hundred views maybe a couple
thousand almost no comments it was just peculiar and of course i that got me really thinking what what like lost content is there to youtube that just will probably never be found and that led me back to a video i watched that was uploaded within the first few weeks of youtube's existence it's a video i'll link it in description pajamas and nick drake this video is about 30 seconds long of a guy playing with his cat in pajamas listening to the song hazy jane 2 by nick drake in the background
it's really simple it's kind of cute actually but it made me wonder just how much have we lost on youtube simply because of age and how much have we lost in general to vhs or cd or other forms of physical media that we no longer have that's probably a lot in fact there could be i don't know the greatest movie ever written made by some high schoolers on a vhs tape sitting in a closet in a small rural high school in the midwest that will never be found again anyways if you liked the video please

Eventful week
hello wonderful youtube it's alex and uh it's a weekly weekly recap and uh there's not really much we went on today this week um basically sunday was scouts um monday uh went to school it was all fine we were reviewing for an air test tuesday it was my air test it sucked although they they made it better because they may let me take both parts at the same time instead of splitting it by lunch and stuff it was nice wednesday uh that was picture day it was kind of awkward um because i had to get like in uniform
for band and vocal it was just fun uh thursday uh thursday thursday i performed catman's world in band it was actually really really good surprisingly a lot of people said it great and friday i got my second vac uh copy vaccine um and helped a friend my dad's friend moved at his house and today well i did yard work with my grandpa and uh uh i see what was i uh then went home relaxed and i uh turn in some papers for my work so i can start working soon and yeah anyways uh see y'all later peace out

Scatman's World Extended Story
hello wonderful world of youtube it's alex and uh today i'm going to talk about the scat man's world playing and i i said that in my weekly recap i would do that and so i will so anyways scan men's world okay so i'm banned every year around this time we take about a month or two to groups to form pick a song they practice and they perform for the entire band very fun i did a solo uh inadvertently inadvertently uh this is due to a number of factors but in the end it was because
no one else wanted to play the song which was scat man's world it's a great song one of my favorites uh i decided to do it and then you know i practiced and it was really fun it's a really fun song to play uh until i got back from spring break we had like two weeks to prepare before we performed and i don't know how to play with braces yeah i got these things i remember so i couldn't really play and it sucked uh and i yeah it was i did really good i actually probably did the best that i ever would have done
in front of a group um a lot of people said it sounded good and a lot of people the review said it was good and honestly i'm pretty happy for it but uh yeah it was really really good uh i honestly enjoy it enjoyed it and i was actually the only group to perform that day it's kind of ironic the song wasn't long just there was another group signed up for that day so i mean i wouldn't do anything differently i would have anticipated doing the braces maybe i would have done something that wasn't
so different in octaves like it went up and down a lot but uh yeah anyways the reason why i took the braces because how you put a mouthfuck on your lips you depress on it and these metal bits hurt anyways uh if you guys enjoyed the video please do like comment tell me what you guys want to see i really want some advice anyways thanks for watching peace out

Magnet Fishing
hello wonderful world of youtube it's alex and today i went for a drink or sorry i went for a swim in the drinks um that was because i went magnet fishing now if you're unaware magnet fishing uh the idea of it is you take a big magnet you tie it to a rope and you keep tossing it into a river until you find something or a lake it's pretty fun actually um except for when and when i was doing it it got stuck on some underwater rocks this meant that i had to actually go out in there it
was very cold almost got shocked while in there uh to retrieve it which i did but it just overall sucked uh honestly it was fun we got some little magnetic rocks though um we got some good tosses nothing really we do we think we just picked a bad spot because they just did a lot of work there to like make the water level lower lower so people wouldn't jump into the river um but yeah anyways um it's more of a shorter one but i thought it was kind of cool i thought you guys
would enjoy it maybe one of these days i'll do a proper vlog of magnet fishing anyways hope to see you guys later peace out
