My Thoughts - October 2020

hello internet it's me it's my name's uh alex you don't know who he is but now you know it's alex look at my channel i don't really have plans to do much here i'm just going to talk about things it's currently the 12th of october about 6 30. going over to a friend's house in a bit we're making halloween costumes for marching band that's a fun story i'll get into it maybe uh tomorrow i'm my dad's house currently there's a lot of things i could do

that's actually my second take of this video actually deleted the first take like the idiot i am oh yeah so much i'm gonna do i'm gonna use a channel just to chill talk maybe i'll like right now and then but here's my lego city it's not really working on anymore because it's done in my opinion if anyone really cares about it that is i also have another cool point of interest and that's this computer got a floppy drive and a cd drive yeah it's all this spazz from 2000.

uh what else can i talk about oh i mean well i'm going to talk about minecraft politics and pc specs i guess today maybe some other things along the way well i'll start with politics that i hate politics politics hate it hate the election in like a month why i mean i understand like to my opinion we really should put trump back in office i don't like the guys a lot i just feel like we really shouldn't be shifting power between two different leaders during all this it's just crazy it's

gonna be really complicated see these people are just like there's so much hate you can't be in the middle anymore you can't if you're in the middle you're seen as by both parties as bad you could be middle left wing be like ah you're a trump supporter it could be right or right-wing we'll see you guys like uh you're a socialist ah it's all stupid if we go back to like the 60s or something when no one cared about politics oh wait we also we had vietnam war uh well to figure it out

what else happened recently minecraft yeah uh minecraft about two weeks ago they i know it's actually more of a week week a couple days ago they announced the cave update 1.17 and now minecraft i've been i've been playing the game now for almost eight years i started playing december 2012 on the mobile pocket edition and uh i've played on java since 2000 may 2013 so seven eight years yeah it's pretty long time i've actually never changed my minecraft username on the java

it's a fun story there um but yeah what else guys talk about oh yeah minecraft it's a fun game i've built so much i've probably invested a couple thousand hours maybe even close to ten thousand hours and ten you know like eight years which it's crazy because you know about a year ago i was at a baseball game a minor league baseball game i was going for a nice family night with my grandparents and i was in line to get some ice cream i actually remember i think it was chocolate ice cream

i don't remember i'm stupid yeah but like i was in line to get some chocolate ice cream and like the little kid there was playing minecraft pocket edition on his mom's phone and the kid had a little pin on his shoulder and his uh i turned eight today or something i don't really remember just i just remember the day he was turning eight i was like oh wow i just feel so old all of a sudden i'm only 16. why do i feel old i'm a sophomore in high school i already feel old maybe this isn't maybe it's not the olds

maybe because i'm nostalgic for the game that might be i just remember seeing that i was like oh god my little cousin his name's chuck he's turning eight or nine my bad nine this december and he's playing the game it's just like wow i am playing i could play minecraft if a kid is half my age and we would still understand the core concepts of the game it's it's kind of scary like i don't know pretty scary for me i mean there's one server i planned on the ip it's still there so play on it

it's called icecraft icecraftnation.com uh i we built this space called atlantis and it had like eight wings it was it was huge it was huge it actually lagged the server a little bit when people would show they were like uh i'm lagging like it's not my fault i mean i was didn't have to build it under a guardian farm that was 100 on me building under a guardian farm yeah i also remember once i built this really cool creative world and unfortunately i lost it with my dad's pc had a data corruption on his hard drive

i'm still upset about it it was a really cool world a huge mansion a little town i liked leveled mountains by manually because i did not use commands and it was just awesome and then i lost it when the data got corrupted on the hard drive real it was a really sad day i really wish i could go back one more time and then i guess we'll move on let's ramble on about something else here another topic with my friends one of my friends i go to er the other day i feel bad for her yeah i was really worried

guys she's not she's not my girlfriend it's just a friend of mine uh and i was just worried i mean i was worried that maybe she got the coronavirus or maybe she had something else and i was just really worried and i was like hey uh you okay and she sent me really cryptic messages and uh everyone was like uh are you okay and she wasn't really responding which to be fair probably because she was like really tired or something oh no i'm not going to question it you're in er if you don't want to feel

like talking i understand and yeah my girlfriend i'll say her name sarah a lot of people know it already in discord so it's not really much of an issue but it was just uh like yeah um she was a little mad not really mad she was like why are you wearing so much like well she's a good friend of mine i don't want her dying and she has something that could kill her it's i mean i don't know about the people whoever watches this video i don't want you i don't know about you

but i don't want my friends dying that'd be pretty sad it's the reason why i don't i'll get into a different day i'll probably dedicate a video probably in may as the fifth month so probably next month i'll do a video about why i'm a little sensitive and then that stuff um it's really baby me and sarah we've been together now for almost a whole year we started dating back in november last year funny story invited her over we had no school we were we were very good friends

uh and we we met in 2018 in june when we got our marching band music and our band director put us in the same squad where we played the stream we played trumpets and i was just like yeah um really fun uh we got pretty close i was kind of talking to someone else at the time but then i guess i just fell in love with her and she was in love with someone else in her squad ironically and we were really close friends and then about a year ago we realized we were loving each other like a bull so we started dating

yeah she's a junior i'm a sophomore i know it sounds crazy because in 2018 i would only be a eighth grader i know my marching band let's eighth graders in i don't think i'll go on my last topic i think i'll say that for another day about computers this is getting pretty long nine minutes i wasn't thinking it would go this long i was trying to keep it down to like six but i'm just rambling on i don't even know if anyone's ever gonna watch it's if you actually watched this

My Ramblings on Stuff #2

hello internet it's me again it's well it's alex i mean it's only my second video just gonna wait until tomorrow i didn't have a vlog but you know i'm just like i want to ramble some more but i didn't really i really didn't want to make a 30-hour video could be honest with you so i want to talk about you know i'm going to ramble on about the wonders and glories of middle school i had a teacher i didn't like like every other teacher i had in my she said i'm just gonna leave it start my

fifth grade your first grade year no i didn't i lied about my teacher they're all pretty chill it was actually fifth grade was pretty uneventful i was always on top of my work nothing really happened so we're gonna skip this great your sixth year this one we had the main antagonist of the story come into play her name i'm gonna actually use her real name because i highly i really don't know he's a fake name we're going to call her trent's mrs mrs trent this is trent she subbed

into our science teacher who was fired for watching kitty porn on school grounds he was caught by a couple students he was just creepy he was fired for that good thing um and then she came in as a permanent substitute she seemed really nice at first in fact for most of her sixth grade year she was pretty decent pretty good teacher and then she was when my advanced english teacher his name i actually i'll use his real name because i highly thought any of you

guys are going to be able to stick ourselves his name was dr fear and he he retired he was teaching for like 30 some years so he decided to retire which to be fair i understand his big er yeah trans trans trends this trends decided to uh her appointed to uh replace him and i actually was a little skeptical about her teaching because i was like well she's a science teacher but i was like you know i think she's playing qualified i don't think she'll be fine yeah no i was wrong

she was horrible she like dr fear he would give us like basically the same projects and then like after the due date he would like revise them and make the revisions do at the end of the quarter he was pretty chill we had two periods of him a day it was awesome miss miss trince she was not very kind she was very very mean for one thing uh she only gave you a week for all projects one week and you had three days to revise if she wanted if you need to do improvements and

these products were much much bigger than dr food gave us i think i remember very clearly that we were all stressing over one project i tried my hardest on it i think i spent like eight hours on a weekend i still didn't get it done properly and you like took off points for not doing probably the instructions are vague yeah a lot of kids dropped out of her class after that year i was reluctant to i didn't actually i really wanted to stay and i was considering well i'll stay maybe until high

school yeah i probably should have left her class because it was horribly great your eighth grade year sucked just because of her all my other teachers were awesome that my english teacher she was my reading teacher and she and my other my english teacher actually asked for a letter of recommendation for my eagle scout which i probably should clarify i am an eagle scout i can prove that if anyone really wants to care um and like she was just really bad my own

my teachers my math my science my master loved him he was a really good teacher i honestly would have him again in rb he made algebra really really fun and really really like challenging i actually felt challenges class and i honestly thanked him for the end of the year like honestly thank you i've never been challenged before in class so yeah but she was a really horrible teacher and i hated her burning passion i would rather see her be dead i hold the camera a bit

more better like this but yeah once i got to high school which was 2019 this actually improved i actually only had one teacher i didn't really like uh and that would be my history teacher she i honestly hated honor's history yes world knowledge issue world history i almost dropped out of it and i decided against it and honestly that was a good thing because then covert hit and my grades shot up for her because it was like high c's low b's and then my grades went up to like

bees for the rest of officers so pretty sweet oh yeah last video i said we're gonna make halloween costumes now i don't have it on me because i left it downstairs but i made my halloween costume it was a bed sheet ghost it was pretty sweet we spent like a good like 10 minutes like i was like the first person i was a guinea pig to figure out how to do the process the most efficiently and we it was hard but it worked you know i really don't like school i'm gonna go

back to ramble about school school sucks like honestly i would rather go back to pre-coded life because sure school sucks pre-covered but it sucks more because like i'm just stressed out about covid and getting schooled i'm like the only one of my teachers my algebra 2 teacher she's doing one giving schoolwork or homework which isn't bad but i mean it still sucks i'm actually still going to do that but tomorrow before her class i think i said in the last one last

wednesday we were going to be having off wednesday because of the the psat because the online school which will be fun we might do some fun things maybe i'll record a bunch of videos and post them uh honestly last video got a little long you know you know i said i was gonna ramble about old uh computers yeah computers one thing here we have a custom windows xp machine full metal body plastic front with a floppy drive cd round drive now thing is careers

changed a lot since 2000 and 2000 uh beige boxes were kind of out but they were still being made which is pretty cool i guess and actually i don't know how long they were made after 2000. i want to say 2005. i'm i am not an expert on that don't take my word for it i'm not a credible source and you know we need floppies we're still going to use them but they're they're on their way out this is why america online when they were gonna sell their installation desk they

actually did cds instead of floppies they were gonna do floppies and then they're like chief something or other she was like yeah guys flappies are kind of on the way out we shouldn't use floppies and they're like yeah it's probably a good idea so they stopped they canceled the idea that probably let them grow a little bit but then they kind of died it's amazing this thing has 640 megabytes of ram intel pentium 3 processor a graphics card i finally i can't even find who would

have made a graphics i would take an ami or something graphics card am the ati graphics card something like that asus is this i don't know how you say it i'm not saying but it's a cd-rom with two western digital 10.2 gp hard drives one of which is effective and had nothing on it so i'm not too worried about it but like if you look at it now i bought a laptop in june which i might start recording from that to be fair but i haven't decided yet but that laptop has a intel core i7 9th gen

with a nvidia gtx 1660 in it 16 gb ram one terabyte storage ssd storage by the way which is why i love it so much uh it also has a backlit keyboard i could change the colors for it but i don't i i keep it uh default or red because it's it was a display model which i got pretty good deal on it but the colors are like messed up i don't feel like using the warranty on that because it's it's under the warranty but i don't want to i really don't it's amazing like 10 years ago could be like

computers from 2000 to 2010 to now changed so much 2000 you had the beige box and the white and black one but it was basically the same concept you had three to like six five and a quarter inch slots uh with maybe three and a half inch slots really depended on the uh it really just depended on what you got for a case or what computer you had if it's a floppy drive some of them did 10 years ago you would it was common to have a cd-rom drive maybe a second one

maybe a dvd-rom drive if you want to include it uh with like sd card readers and stuff and usb and now i think some of them have usb ports in the front and then i know a couple i know most pcs do not like modern ones do i know some of them still have sd card readers but you like it's just a default sd card you have to get the adapter for micro sd i think i i know i saw when i was at micro center one with a cd-rom drive and that was just one they really don't come anymore

and the styles change too you know 1990 19 2000 beige beige box that's actually from the 80s that was an 80s trend that lasts like 20 years 2010 you would know you could just tell and just 20. they're like all black like most gaming ones at least have like the rgb fans clear sides maybe even clear fronts you can just see what's inside it's really cool kind of practical but it's still cool yeah technology is pretty cool it's changed so much in 10 years i don't know if you guys can

hello guys it's me alex i was going to do a live stream today um building a connect roller coaster but i couldn't find a way to mount the camera so i'm in my room at my mom's house now let's see what can i go by oh today they announced the new iphone 12. and that's pretty cool the new iphone 12 is pretty sweet okay uh for starters it uh they the iphone 6 through the 11 had like the rounded edges like you guys probably don't know what i mean but then they brought like

because the four and five and the sc had the uh like boxy style they brought that back for the 12. i think that's pretty cool another thing is it's completely 5g compatible so uh cairns are going to love it does karen's going to be like yeah apple's trying to spread grumpy virus or something yeah yeah we already know stupid uh oh it has magnets in it so if you put on like a wireless charging pad pretty sweet school today what i do in school today that's worth talking about uh

ramble ramble gamble this channel is all about me rambling school was pretty cool i mean you know we there's nothing really eventful happened hello mr world champions he's a very fun teacher he uh very funny very sarcastic he's a great english teacher probably my favorite english teacher i've ever had walked in this class the first day he looked a little mean and he totally wasn't he's like he's just awesome he's funny he has a he has like a cane kind of thing it's

not really a cane it's just a stick he beats pete not beats people but he whacks it sometimes he's pretty awesome uh i hope i have him again like a junior senior but i highly doubt i will a bit of a shame he's a pretty awesome teacher today what else happened uh today oh today while i'm walking home i saw a vape cemented into the floor like on the sidewalk and i felt really bad for whoever lost it but uh what i think it was just like the corner of like a plot like something plastic or

metallic i didn't want to stop and look but i just felt bad like oh rip imagine losing it and probably some poor construction worker too uh what can i ramble about you know i'm gonna talk about uh my favorite thing in the world and that's gotta be roller coasters they're pretty sweet i myself have written 123 different rides or coasters correction if i were to count all those rods i've ridden that's a lot but the coasters themselves i've ridden like 125 nope 23. yeah 23. sorry uh my last

but my most recent uh would have been the orion at king's island i went to the last saturday i think i talked about that in the first video i really don't know or care but yeah it's pretty sweet i mean you know i got to ride a new coaster but yeah my one of my favorites is gotta be the lightning rod i thought it went to dollywood for my birthday that's not in tennessee pitching fortune and see if anyone who wants another care if you don't know where tennessee is any

foreigners who might find my video one day specifically this one talking about dollywood it's uh it's kind of like south west of new york so but i was down there i was out for like three days was awesome i got to ride all the rides there the lightning rod is my favorite it's the world's only launched wooden coaster and it launches you up like a 207 foot tall hill you go like 73 miles an hour it's awesome smooth i love it it's a wooden coaster i probably should specify that but one of

my favorites too is steel vengeance i remember when they announced their closing the steel vengeance in 2016 so that would be four years ago over four years ago wow they announced the closure of it and um i wrote it the last time it was a it was not a good ride it was it was not okay the layout was fine it was just rough it was not fun to ride the layout would be awesome though if it was smooth then rmc came in and i remember i knew my friend like oh they're not

gonna tear it down they're gonna retract and he's like why would they uh no they're tearing it down like well why don't they remove the track so carefully he he always shut up after that and we were actually like same that same buddy we were at the steel vengeance announcement in 2017 it was we were at king's i know cedar point still ventures at cedar point we were there for my birthday and uh it was just like oh my god they're building a hyper hybrid it's the first of its

kind to hyper hybrid meaning it's over 100 feet tall and steel track with wood supports it's the second wooden coaster or no second wood structure coaster ever surpassed 200 feet i think the first was son of beast at kings island that doesn't exist though that would be a great great great great discussion video to do one day discussing my ramblings about kings island and son of beast so many video ideas i should really start writing them down and maybe scripting some

of this because i'm making all this up on the fly i don't know if you tell i don't know if i should make this video a little shorter than normal oh that's what you guys think but this isn't live but i'll just keep going on another fun coaster i've written was the what's it called shoe shoe shoe oh we have phantom's revenge that's a that's at kennywood that's over in pittsburgh pennsylvania uh that rat's fun because it used to be a aerodynamics mega looper it opened like 971 but no

one liked it and they announced they were going to close it and everyone's like no don't close it we really really like to ride and they're like okay so they didn't they just retract the entire ride and remove all the inversions but if you don't know how inverting is it's a loop like a loop or a corkscrew or something like that and it's a really really fun hyper coaster it's only like 100

something feet tall but then it like comes down and it goes to a huge airtime hill that dives into a ravine because it's in you know pittsburgh and pittsburgh is pretty hilly so it goes like into a ravine it's pretty sweet actually today i'm walking home with my girlfriend and we saw a dog it's a pretty cool dog that that was completely off topic or i'm probably changing topic because school there's no school for me tomorrow i won't that's a lie it's online learning it's just for one

day because they're doing the psat but i'm pretty stoked i might make a bunch of videos i mean i already said that first one but i'm totally gonna make a couple videos i might even go live for a bit and be like hey i'm gonna if anyone's watching this in the future being serious anyone ever watches these videos i would be honored if i ever got 100 subscribers if i ever get 100 subscribers i will do a discord server oh i just realized i'm filming this portrait instead of

Knex Coaster Build Update #1

hey guys alex here and currently uh earlier today my ramblings number three i said i was going to be working on a connection roller coaster if i remember correctly yes i'm doing right now it's massive it's like three feet tall it's gonna be like six feet wide or you know long three feet wide uh that's how far i've gone i've gotten sections a b and c done a with this like hell b with like the bass and then c was like from like right above my finger that line everything else that's huge uh

yeah this is a big big thing but i was gonna ramble for a bit but i'm just want to get back to building but uh it's it's pretty cool uh i mean hey this is one of the largest things i've ever built out of legos or connects like the surface areas things huge most of it is i guess i i guess most of it's air so maybe that's maybe not a valid thing but the the the train i had to go pick up the train let me show you guys where i was starting to train because it's kind of ironic where i was storing it

but the train looks like this has three cars it has pretty good wide mobility yeah it's kind of like how roller coasters are but uh yeah i'm gonna heated you but yeah uh this is this is not gonna be under my ramblings number four this is gonna be uh connex coaster build update number one so uh see y'all

Knex Coaster Build Update #2

hello guys it's alex uh coming in for a little quick up update it's gonna be like a minute long video so don't worry about it uh and basically here's the update for the next coaster i've got the entire assembly done like literally the entire framework i got to do the rail tying and putting in the rails and such to that's like it's not gonna be very long probably will take another hour or two this has

been a long long project i started around four o'clock i've been working for five hours i just take my own time it's pretty nice but yeah uh yeah i'm gonna do potatoes tomorrow i don't know when uh if anyone really cares to see this i'm thinking about getting new mic because this i don't know anyways i'm gonna hit a um see y'all later actually if you watch this video on the next one i upload i want you guys to comment rollercoaster on the next one i upload should be like about no later than three tomorrow yeah i'll see you later peace out

Knex Coaster Build Update #3

hello guys it's alex here uh new day i just finished building the roller coaster with the loop the little hill and everything unfortunately this loop has a bit of a design flaw i don't know maybe if i build something wrong or not but it doesn't the train can't make it through the entire circle because of the loop oh that's embarrassing let me it won't make it through the hill now i'm not sure why i don't really feel like uh trying to fix it i'm thinking if i were to lower the height of

the hill actually i want to try that gonna force it down give me a second all right let's do another test run ah shut up i'm gonna go through the circuit all right uh modification maybe i built it wrong all right watch one more time all right well it's not making it through the loop now i don't know i don't know why because he's doing it just fine earlier uh but yeah uh see y'all later peace out

My Ramblings on Stuff #4

hello internet it is me alex and uh well today's a real interesting day to start no school sort of it was online school but none of my teachers really did anything um because i didn't want to and i don't blame them but to put it simply we had some online work i have one more thing to do i gotta wait for my dad to go home to help me with it though so yeah and basically it was all like because it's the psat if you don't know what it is it's like a practice test for the sats sophomores

juniors i think seniors can do it oh how it works i really was i could have taken it by side against it because i don't see a need but that's beside the point uh what else would you do oh yeah i think in my first couple of videos i talked about making the bed sheet goes now that is a very very fun story because let's just say uh i mean okay let's start with the con the performance sounds the stadium that is what we made it for and we did two shows one in full uniform one in

the costumes really fun we did you know take on me okay our first show was take on me uh it's all-star blinding lights and the uh i'm still standing by what i think his name is elton john uh and then we played we took a little break we played two stan tunes in between which was itty bitty pretty and super mario bros team we also then said hey guys we have some seniors you know they we always have seniors and we kind of said their names it was pretty cool then we had the

uh show too it was the beatles show it's actually really really fun i didn't like it at first it grew onto me and that was uh the magical mystery lady madonna that was one song yesterday in blackbird i was the second song mashup third song was can't buy me love and the fourth song was uh uh eleanor rigby a really really really good show like i didn't like it at first because i just didn't but it kind of grew on me okay it did grow on me sorry i'm experimenting with the lighting

so you guys can see me the best i'm doing it in video but the bed sheet ghost never doing it again i will explain to you basically so first off we made it was a really good idea we were told hey we're doing it this year we're gonna do two shows second one's gonna have costumes were a stat we're gonna do a section costume of all ghosts worst decision in my life i will tell you first problem was it's really hard to put on like it seems easy it was kind of hard to find all the like

holes and stuff same problem visibility i think i had about four inches visibility each eye but this never really got to use both eyes because of how the fabric worked third problem was uh my hat if you were a hat which we all did it would you really couldn't tell it was on your head it crystal feels like a looser fitting hat bit of a problem while marching down my hat started sliding down my face and i could tell my hat brim was just slowly coming down to the point where i couldn't

see like anything i i lost all visibility it sucked which is another issue i never did it again another problem was it's really accommodated for the fact that you couldn't guide like use your peripherals to see where you are so if you didn't know where you're going uh well that's a bit of a problem but i mean those problems were kind of not worked out because we didn't think about it also another problem we didn't think that was the wind but that's not the biggest issue that's

just well when you're wearing like a dress basically it's not really a dress but it was kind of was you're going to have it flutter in the wind it's not really in our control if it's windy oh well we can't control that uh what uh okay i mean it was cool to wear we all looked really awesome it's just i'm never doing it again although i have a suspicion the reason why they got popular i want to say it was the 1950s it was kind of getting popular i'm going to look it up for you guys i would say the

next video was i want to say because you guys know there was a certain group that may or may not had a k in your name that wore basically the similar thing with pointy hats i'm wondering if maybe that is where it came from i mean if i'm wrong that i'm not trying to be like racist or anything it's just it's not a bad theory if you really think about it i wouldn't be too surprised as that is where it came from topic here another topic i'm going to go into is the uh the roller coaster

My Ramblings on Stuff #5

hello internet it's uh me alex uh today was a very interesting day because it rained well the rain is an interesting part it was what happened in band i have two topics today the first one is going to be what i did in band class the second one is going to be about this is going to be a surprise first topic right yeah band class pretty fun every time we do every week we do a movie after our friday night performance and we do that monday forget oh we didn't do it on monday because

we were practicing for sunset stadium which was our performance i told you guys about um but yeah we didn't do it monday because of that which is pretty fair and we did it and i just learned how hateful the kids in my school can be it's it's crazy it's just crazy because like one of the videos like your comments because we already have like an anonymous comment board which he can put names on he always leaves anonymous for some reason he said he might remove

that though i i will tell you some of the things that were said we're just so hateful like the other kids might and we're gonna we're gonna call him that's a good alternative we're gonna call him t t for something i'm not gonna tell you what he's not he's he for a long time he wasn't the best saxophone player and he's he's gotten better over the years he's gotten better recently but people still make fun of his uh times when he first joined and he wasn't that good and yeah uh

people still comment like oh how can we improve the show uh they just put t or his name and it's just like why why you gotta be so mean another thing is how hateful people can be just just to a section we we we canceled or i didn't can't participate but basically enough people started canceling the trumpet section which would i play i play trumpet um and the director didn't like that and he said stop or we would all get detention basically but yeah i mean i love band class i

love the atmosphere i just feel like i'm not the biggest idiot in the room or not the biggest idiot but the biggest outcast i think that's the right turn but you know oh i also have a school today with band is we did a clap out where because our golf team's going to states again and we decided that they do a little thing where they get all the students on the circle marching band marches through plays a school song like 12 times and then we leave and then we did that it

was pretty fun half the kids didn't show up who were supposed to show up or not like have more like 12 like four or five i don't blame a couple of them a couple of them already eighth graders and i don't blame them because it's confusing to go from middle school to high school uh you know if you've never done it before so i don't blame them a couple of them were my own brother he missed it because he didn't know it existed i doubt it 100. you know it's a good video topic

now there is a kid i'm going to give her a shout out to marika she's been asking me to make a video about simping uh and here's the thing something it's a very very interesting topic because it's a very vague definition you see the the definition of something is when a guy or a girl overly is affectionate towards someone that someone they are interested in to try to get into a relationship with them for example like uh what's a good example i could give like a guy

persistently donating to pokemon pokemon like a like a 100 a stream and like a tier 3 sub on her patreon and i don't know me or maybe another choice streamer who might have only fans yeah yeah it donates enough like yeah like or anyone who buys bell that theme stuff if you bought gamer girl bathwater most of the audience probably knows a gamer girl bad words if you don't i'm disappointed we'll have to talk make me actually you know get me back backward i'll tell you

say you fill your bathtub to take an actual basket but you didn't actually take a bath in it maybe just sat in it for a few minutes just to get the bath water effect i don't know i just think like yeah like anyone who bought that that's a simple move because you're just trying to get you're just literally just throwing your money away for just water i mean okay like she's apparently a nice looking person i'm not gonna comment on it but yeah that's that's that and the thing is marika i

know you're gonna be watching this video because i'm gonna be showing this video to you tomorrow anyways yeah something is not good i mean okay well to an extent if you're something to try to ask a girl to prom and you're just trying to make things so you have a better chance or any ask someone to prom you're trying to get a better chance that's pretty fair i would say that's fair game if you're just like just just like nothing like crazy like oh oh she was short like

something because well to my eye that's not simping it's unless it's under 30 i would say buying your girlfriend a gift is not something because you're it's your girlfriend however if you get anything more than that it's something also age difference i would say there's a significant age difference it's something there's a couple of my school i'm not gonna name him actually now now we're gonna drop that like like for example there's probably 30 year old men who seem to

The Wonders and Glories of the Radio Jamboree. (Ramblings #6)

hello internet it's me alex uh took a little not really a break it's more of a forced break on saturday sunday i hope you guys liked the little compilation video the connection rollercoaster saga over weekend i was doing the radio scout world jamboree it's pretty cool all starting friday night friday night i was packing i wanted to do one of these you know vlog rambling video but i ran out of time so i quickly just edited those two videos together uploaded it took like five

minutes i didn't say i would do it so i did uh we drive down we got that around 10 i think like 9 30 10. we set up really easy i was we were in a cabin so we were done like 10 minutes and we had some fun and we went to bed nothing really happened saturday morning we get up now with this it was radio mirror badge plus the jamboree which is a worldwide event uh we went to the camp uh mess hall because it used to be a uh summer camp where it is i don't know remember

what they said we got some pancakes there's a like 15 pancake breakfast plus merry badge combos really good uh pancakes are good eggs are good sausage was good it's not good totally would do it again and then we started the merit badge uh first thing in the morning first part of the merit badge was doing explaining everything second part at least for me was we got to go talk on the air not really on the air it's not like a frequency like one four two three point

something something rather i got to talk to a guy a couple miles north wasn't this far that i'd like to because i heard some people talk people in moscow great britain canada that was cool my name was evan evan if you're ever if you ever get to watch this it's me alex i'll talk to you around 12 30 ish like one o'clock is uh then after that we went to another uh station where we had to do a search and rescue using radio that was pretty fun albeit hard but it was fun and it took about

like 90 like an hour and a half 90 minutes it was uh two parts the first time we hit and had to find us took him a while second time we could we couldn't find the people we're looking for turns out when i asked them which way they went they wouldn't give us an answer so that's that's too big of info well because of that we couldn't find it because we went the wrong way we were heading i want to say okay basically it was left right we went right they went left we couldn't find them

and no wonder then after that we had some free time uh no no my bad my bad no it was a closing thing we got our patch actually go grab the patch because it's actually a pretty nifty patch here's the patch i think it's going to be mirrored for the final cut but it's pretty nifty um i think that's actually the global standard but i'm not sure don't quote me on that but yeah it was pretty nifty the camp we went to is called camp tuskasaur uh they're actually i think the oldest

campsite in ohio they're celebrating 100 years this year so it's pretty cool they sell maple syrup i bought a pint of it for 16 bucks not a bad deal i think and it was all fun oh let me finish the story or the entire weekend but going back after this play ceremony we kind of rested we played some card games and then we went on a small hike it was about two miles nothing big we walked a lot so we didn't take a big hike we walked to uh observation point we gotta see a nice

view the entire valley it was really cool and then we walked back and we had uh pulled pork for there i cooked the pulled pork uh looks like it's like eight hours it was delicious really really good everyone loved it uh i always say that because i we only we've only ever done pulled pork i want to say two three times camping i know for a fact this is my second time the first time i i couldn't say that both times i've had it camping i made it because i'm the guy who suggests these things

be like no you can't do it i go well we have electrical power so i'm gonna do it anyways haha uh the first time i did it we we did it for friday night dinner so we drive down it was already cooked it was done like five minutes second time was well obviously over the weekend now some of you out there may realize what about sunday well sunday morning drive back it wasn't that long i actually bought more pouches i don't feel like getting those out because those are a little more

tucked away but there are some general patches one of them the oldest one from that being from 1986 because i'm for a dollar a piece i got like seven patches over the weekend i think pretty sweet deal and then you know i got home and i was tired i didn't really i could have made a video yesterday but i didn't i probably should have you guys can see my messy room i gotta clean my room i'll do that for a video and you know what's happened over the weekend that was

interesting oh really really really funny story uh see i'm an eagle scout i think i've said this before and it was uh pretty fun i mean getting it was hard and uh one of the things you're supposed to do was have small talk with the search and rescue you're supposed to do it so people can you know hear them talking and find them oh and i was on the right when we were hiding or no we were looking my bed and i asked them oh what's your rank i go oh i'm uh i'm a second class

wrangler cheering i'm an eagle scout they called shenanigans luckily i had a photo of my ego certificate so afterward i showed us a picture of my certificate saying hey i'm an eagle scout get on my level and yeah they kind of shut up because if you don't know what eagle scout is i don't blame you you used to be kind of a bit more well known but basically it's the highest ranking in scouting in boy scouts of america austin psa which that name is super redundant scouts bsa

whoever thought of it if they got a pay raise i'm honestly props off to them because scouts bsa scouts boy scouts of america scouts boy scouts of america most stupid name of all time i have to admit they could have made a better choice like um i can't think of anything better maybe that was the best thing they could think of today i uh yeah yeah mainly today i started thinking what if i built a pc i remember saying oh i want to build a pc uh i was actually thinking about buying a

case from a guy in britain he has a bunch of 90s late 90s pc cases the beige box like the one down there also the other thing oh i want to just rebuild in the base box basebox it's i really want to use it i'm looking for new video cards i could repair it if i don't that doesn't fix i'm just going to leave it uh and the other my dad's old pc case it's a bit smaller can't fit a standard motherboard which is a little annoying it also doesn't have any way to put a front investing it's funny these two

couple gears beige box has a front van fan vent no back one desire i don't want to use it because i have no way to get all the higher out this one my dad's old one has a back fan but no front fan i could theoretically modify it put a fan in the front because there are grills for an air intake might i don't know but i've been looking i mean i want to get i don't care where it's in it's got to work and i really want to because that was the computer i used a lot really the only

computer i could use when i was at my dad's house when i was a lot younger is either that or the ipad and i really do remember having so much fun and memories playing minecraft i really wish i could go back to it today's 19th uh you know guys if you're watching this far comment pumpkin pie that's right pumpkin pie if you watched this far i'm thinking i tell this video uh the wonders and glories of the radio jamboree because i can do wonders and glories of camping

Technology is Fun (Ramblings #7)

hello youtube it's me alex i made a video in a couple days because i've been lazy uh to start i'm gonna talk about a couple of things today i already haven't planned that first one is this a new console called the atari vcs it's pretty interesting console it's designed to run it's like a gaming console it's they're trying to compete i mean i don't i'm exact why not you know try to get back in the game it's pretty interesting console i kind of like the specs of it it can run windows actually

which really intrigues me for 400 you get a pretty decent computer i might actually buy one myself for the idea of running windows on it it's pretty neat the console it looks very very retro and a bunch of other things it only has 32gb storage not the best but it does have eight gigs of ram a amd processor comes with a hundred titles at launch uh what else does it have it has the classic joystick and it comes with a controller it's pretty overall pretty sweet deal in fact me a

couple of my friends were talking about making a game for it but i don't think we're gonna go through it because it's we were we were thinking we're thinking we're like touch controls and we were thinking more of like pc like just fast response controls but then we're like wait a minute half of these things you want to do you can't do it on a controller so a bit of an inconvenience it's 400 i will link it in the description not sponsored i'm really not i'm just mentioning it because i like

to talk about things technology is one of my favorite things in the world it's a pretty interesting thing so i'm planning to build the pc it's going to segue into the next bit uh my pc i want to build one i have a laptop but i want to build a pc for the fun i think once i start getting parts i'm gonna start a video about me building it i think that'd be a really fun series or maybe i'll get all the parts and then do a two three however many part video of me building it and then maybe a whole like

five hour long video of me building my computer if you guys even care you probably don't um i'm thinking about putting some decent specs in it like a 16 20 60 and a raisin or rising however you say a processor and like 16 32 gigs of ram and i'm also thinking about putting in putting in my cd ram drive because why not um i haven't got any of the parts that the only thing i have is a case and that's because i'm using my dad's pc case i'm doing it for the nostalgia yeah well i

think i'll post some pictures or show you guys in a later video but i haven't decided yet i'm gonna segue into one more tech related topic and that is sorry the like the game consoles i feel like game consoles themselves are kind of obsolete they're kind of pointless to put it simply a game console like back in the 80s 70s 80s it kind of made sense to have a separate device underneath it because back then computing technology wasn't as great as it is now so having a

separate device to do video games kind of made sense but 2020 most of the games you play on a console can be done on a pc with similar or better results and pc supports like everything like windows especially you get to support controllers like smart keyboards joysticks heck you could do a entire flights in based off of a microsoft flight simulator so like the idea that you you need a separate console nowadays doesn't make sense which is the only two consoles that i i know of

that makes sense the atari vcs and nintendo switch nintendo switch pretty neat nifty idea very good idea it's not powerful but it's a pretty sweet concept and i really do like it and the atari vci you can load windows onto it so let's say oh your console you don't play console games anymore but let's say oh i want to convert it to a computer no this makes some mild modifications to the ram and storage and install windows not that hard but like console like xbox

and playstation you can't do that i mean you can it's way more complicated than it is to do it on the atari vci just weird sure the playstation 5 and ray trace the pc's been able to do that now for several years oh we can do 60 fps uh 144 hertz that's been able to be done now i think for five years oh we are removing the solid-state drive yeah guess what welcome to 2010. you can do that now it's so much faster believe me but oh you can upgrade a little bit of the the playstation

yeah you can upgrade like a storage pc theoretically you can use the same pc for years and years and years and years and years and then you know you get a new one because better start fresh at some point but consoles just don't make sense anymore they really don't they're kind of i feel like they should be dead there's no reason why consoles are still doing good and they're really good at marketing it's kind of like breakfast if i remember correctly breakfast

cereals only gained popularity in the 50s is because with a wheat surplus so they started saying oh breakfast is the most important meal today so they could get money that's probably what's actually going on if you think about it nothing i want to talk about with you guys it's a really interesting thing all throughout the week uh shoot i literally just lost track of thought triathlon give me one second please please i can't think of anything you know we're gonna stay on technology

today sorry guys the other day a friend of mine he asked me the price on the computer so i did i did the math maybe roughly 1500 give or take um it's a little expensive but i said you know i'll do it for you you give me the money i'll buy the parts and build it for you it's a good experience for me and you'll get a nice pc out of it i mean pcs are pretty fun i'll tell you that much if you're actually watching this far comment pc i'm gonna tell you guys i'm i'm planning to upload a little

less frequently i'm thinking about doing monday friday upload schedule because a lot can happen in two days meanwhile over course of a school week not much really happens so yeah i might do that otherwise i try to go back to bit like monday wednesday friday upload schedule i'm thinking that wednesday i might try to do gaming content you know there's actually a thunderstorm going on right now so if you're any thunder i'm sorry i have a video topic idea for

The time I was an egg

hello world of youtube it's alex from my channel today i'm gonna be actually talking about uh well my time in the eighth grade play this was the year 2018 this is a long time ago actually like two years but when i'm probably gonna watch these videos again that's gonna be like hopefully 10 years like 10 12 years i was just entering eighth grade and i decided that year i was gonna try drama club very interesting decision i will be honest i walked in and i'm like you know hey uh

i would really like to try out acting i just don't want any major roles director's like okay yeah well apparently i did a really good job my audition because i got a solo some lot major pretty major role solo some really good lines first year problem is i'm an eighth grade guy in my school district that's like top of the middle school so i'm like top of the line even though i've never done anything in my life however see the rule i got the play was alice in wonderland the role i got was

humpty dumpty now this video goes out to a girl in my class i'm not gonna say her name because of the last time i mentioned someone's name in my class she got very ticked off me i think i think she knows who i'm talking about because she'd be like alex where's the humpty dumpty video and i kept telling her well i don't want to make the humpty dumpty video because i'm still very annoyed that's the worst impress my worst impression of my own character ever i'm

not editing that it's hilarious basically i walk in i never really practiced my lines and singing beforehand and i never actually did during the entire production time and i never actually did on stage i mean i sang but not that good things i never saying before like the last time i sang was like five years ago so i'm like yeah i haven't actually sang since like 2 2012. it's like she's like oh

you'll be fine this this entire deal actually started my long and very interesting i guess friendship with my vocal director because she the vocal director directs the plays so it was pretty interesting it's actually musical but don't worry about it so then you know i'm practicing my lines and one of the things i practice a lot because i never actually anticipated mike actually did fun story got a mic and then i always practiced uh with my friends in the very back i said if they

could hear me and they always told me they could they said they hit me really clearly it was perfect first night comes to play very nervous i've never done anything like it before so rightfully so and uh basically we start off everything's good i have nothing i have nothing in act one i was basically off stage entire time i remember like drinking a two-liter sprite i brought and then i was like really hyped up problem is i forgot my line i knew what's gonna happen i forgot my i didn't

forget my line the girl i was talking to misspoke her line order oh god very bad story it's embarrassing that's what the only problem is with the clips which wi-fi when i post any clips it's going to be just the singing and maybe bits after the incident and then after that i was like a side character it was pretty fun i remember convincing the dress rehearsal the last dress rehearsal the night before like hey guys on stage we should all be chanting chicken nuggets for the scene

when alice becomes queen and they're like that's a great idea and then we did it on the dress rehearsal we were told we couldn't do that on stage or else we would all be punished surprisingly a lot of the younger kids actually believed the problem is me being an ace creator i knew that well i don't have any classes they're actually going to punish me at the tension okay that's fine my second night comes and so these mics were like a pack like like it was like a

microphone you hold it was like a little earpiece kind of a thing that you couldn't see with a pack on your waist funny story is the pack on my waist it was like a two cable so i guess you could swap it between different units really sure why problem is it uh it came just never so slightly undone so when i actually went to go do my lines it my mic wasn't working although the light was on and it was reading to the press box or the the sound stage wherever what do you want

to call it as being synced and like operational it wasn't taking any input because it was just enough out because i had to hop up on my wall because i'm humpty dumpty i'm sitting on the wall sitting up tall spring doing my thing oh god that's a line anyways sit up there and you know i had to like like this it would come out on stage it had like hop up so that like when i sat down it must have just come just ever so slightly the worst experience ever however remember i think

like a minute or two ago i said yo i had practice being loud and clear and boy did that work the second i also default stan danced on stage at the time 2018 fortnite was very big so i default dance and i just stole the show everyone loved i got like the most little paper things of the entire cast because i was just like haha yes default dance on stage i am funny and then all the kids were just like this dude's a living meme so then afterwards the second act you know i really

didn't do anything except for those things because i'm squeezing like this time i try to get everyone to chant chocolate covered chicken strips didn't work and afterward i regretted doing it i was like this is the worst experience of my life and then i actually elected to do the the play my school was supposed to do this year 2020 legally blonde the musical freshman year oh shame that got canceled a month ago we when we were totally couldn't perform it even though we had

it was one week one week out if if we didn't postpone it back in january because of a conflicting error with the vocal ensemble yeah vocal ensemble there's a conflicting error um so she had to push it back by a week we would have definitely done legally blunt but i'm not gonna go into that because i actually never did anything but yeah long story short was humpty dumpty screwed up twice had a funny accent uh yeah i was actually i did a british accent i forgot i say that i had a

hello youtube it's me alex today today we'll live in infamy for students of my local high school as today we were expected to go covered level purple we never did you don't know what that means i know we would have been staying home from school online learning uh starting monday basically what happened to start today spirit week and today's theme was picture day hence the nicer shirt i don't know how my picture turned out apparently it turned out pretty good

oh no didn't get to see it everyone was just anxious anxious to see what would happen we all care about our day in fact the today at lunch by the one of my close friends she she doesn't sit with us but i said you know sit with us today might be one of the last days we get to see each other in person so she did six of us don't worry we're all socially distant don't already don't worry this comes after tuesday and unfortunately a couple kids in the freshman class had the

quarantine because if one freshman got covered which actually out of the entirety of the district only one case one positive case in our in high school which is pretty good i don't know why i lost work for high school for a second but elementary school got three the middle schools had i want to say two but i could be wrong about that number but yeah we kind of cared another day it was full of suspense all the teachers like oh if we go online we're gonna do this you're

gonna do that you're gonna show up we'll do the thursday for and then your normal class time and i'm like oh my lord i hate this but i had to smile and act like i cared because we weren't doing classwork which is pretty sweet then the time came it was 2pm we were in band class in fact we were playing christmas music because it's about that time to start christmas music especially when you're at a concert band you have to do the best the best so we started and

and then one of the kids i'm not gonna say his name he's a good friend of mine some really good friend he's an acquaintance of mine he says well we're not purple we're still red the look of disappointment on everyone's face was the most it's the most amazing thing i've ever seen so i kind of wasn't expecting us to go purple i mean it was possible really really was possible just wasn't very likely because it just didn't feel right to just shoot up that much week then we might

go next week i'm going to be surprised although i would really enjoy it if it could stay red until just shy after the 14th so i can do my next camping trip boy scouts we actually have a plan for thanksgiving i actually do a video vlog and edit together for you guys because i actually kind of want to increase my quality on this channel a little bit more because this is kind of supposed to be vlogging me rambling so you know yeah pretty sweet uh anyways but yeah you're supposed

to go purple today although also today i discovered i can do some pretty sweet things with a ti-84 let me get it ti-84 graphing calculator i was doing some math earlier don't question why it's really bad math i'll just do it double checking because i did it in my head i always double check anyways ti 84 yeah programs i don't know if you didn't see it i have a lot of cool programs but number seven mirage os you may wonder what this is dude i'll show you guys it's games it's 5 4

games we open the folder and you can see i have lots of fun little games not that plenty because it's really hard to play i'm holding my phone in one hand holding this to the screen really hard i'm gonna do it for you guys i'm sorry but i must admit it was the most interesting thing i i i learned and i discovered because i already had those games pre-installed i bought these but i had the right cable no one else i'm aware of has the cable or the software to link the

ti 84 plus to a computer with that in mind you can bet i'm going to be doing it and i'm probably saw some more games it's really much it i had this all today wow in vocal everyone was panicking about going purple and the vocal teachers oh if you go purple you're going to go and i'm like you know what how can i have fun i thought installing games in this bad boy actually shout out to lions tech tips for making a video about running doom on the ti-84 that's what really

Halloween 2k20

hello wonderful world of youtube it's me helen today well it's actually well right now it's not halloween i'm scheduling this for halloween but halloween 2k 20. or 20 20. i really don't think we really should be having halloween as we normally do this year a couple of reasons halloween well i'll get that in a second but listen first off it's actually also my 20 subscriber special uh 20 subscriber that would be peyton grow my class yeah shout out to you you are 20 subscriber

you're pretty sweet uh because you're the 20 subscriber that's it don't take that wrong way basically though yeah today's the halloween special i did say i was gonna wear my halloween costume in this prom is in the first take i did this i couldn't even get through like two minutes because i started sweating a lot because i'm wearing this hoodie and a vest over it so i'm like getting really warm i'm already mcfly for the for halloween this year for costume day at school

but yeah basically to start cover 19 and also known as chronovirus also known as by some interesting words i don't think i can say on youtube without being like kicked off yeah it's really bad everyone's like oh we should stay home and yeah i kind of agree with you on that one a little bit some people like want to do halloween trick or treat trick tree i'll tell you trick-or-treating i understand why people want to do it but you just can't there's a there's a pandemic going on the

idea that like there's just probably some kids who won't wear a mask there's probably the parents don't even make their children wear a mask a proper face mask there's also probably some people out there who will just not even give out candy because they're worried about that fear and there's probably most of the people most some people who may be you know more susceptible might not even hand out candy which means it's probably gonna be like on my

street of let's say there's 50 people i actually don't know how many people i don't feel like counting let's say there's 50. well at 50 i'm only expecting like 15 to really be handing out candy so normally there's about maybe like 35 handing 35 40. so i'm really not expecting that much to be given out this year but i do kind of expect to see is more party which is not good more halloween parties not good not good you all know why covet it spreads a lot it's i mean heck you

guys know in the last video or my last vlog kid in my school let go of it and now like half the freshman class and some kids my class had the quarantine not very good i feel bad because that was tuesday and the next day the kid one of the kids at the quarantine he is the phone he's the only one he was gonna get a really cool solo in the parade we did he couldn't do it and i honestly feel really really bad for him it's out of his control but you know so this is reason the

kovid is spreading i know some people like oh the numbers are faked to seem worse they might be but i'm still worried there's p there's people i care about who might die from it like my great-grandmother when he's starting my film i'm sorry guys so my great grandmother she's 98 she'll be turning 99 in a few months 99 years old last when she was born voting for women had just started to become a thing so put that in context she's been around a while she's seen some

things she starts world war two pretty sweet i might make a video about her in fact actually i'm thinking for monday's video you know okay guys i think my video is scheduled for next week i'll tell you guys this and i'll get back on my topic of halloween no no halloween first yes halloween halloween's fun though i will say like the idea of halloween is pretty sweet and giving kids candy i mean it kind of gives it should help with kids not having anxiety talking to strangers and asking
