I played Fortnite for the first time since 2018
hello wonderful world of youtube it's alex today i did something i have not done since like i want to say september 2018 that was actually play a game of fortnight see back in the day i uh i i used to be pretty in the fortnite but like when anybody into i mean i would just follow the stuff because the community was interesting to follow but not the game to me the game was never interesting and uh yeah back in the day i i did play a little bit and uh just like oh guys it was right
around like whenever that season five came out i played a little bit of it was pretty pretty good stuff honestly but uh i never actually really got too big good at the game maybe if i tried the pc version i always play that nintendo switch and phones maybe if i play on the computer a bit better but we don't know anyways yeah and uh and i've played it in literal years man and you know what today is and you know what well what the hell i will go to take a try at it so i did i you

I am like halfway to getting my drivers license
hello everyone it's me alex today a little bit of a small video i haven't uploaded last couple days because something really might just happen but yesterday actually no roll back to saturday saturday was pretty fun went over to a friend's house and i was there for like almost the entire day it was sweet his name's aiden we chilled out we had a lot of fun we played some mario kart but instead of actually trying to beat each other in the mario kart we were trying to deliberately
do bad in like 50cc to get like a bullet bill blue blue shell star and take it the first place because um you know you don't really normally uh get those things in first place i mean technically you have a chance but it's like a one of the billion chance or something like that i don't know so we did that it was really fun and then we decided to do some uh team races where it was us on the same team uh 200cc against some pretty difficult pots like jeez uh yeah he showed me some
cool things he got since last time was over and yeah we chilled out uh yesterday i didn't really do much we decorated christmas tree but uh at noon i had to go up to my driver's sc at school i took a test this test basically was like halfway me getting my license and i did pretty good um i got my that test i passed it i did pretty good and then we made pizza afterward uh the pizza is pretty good i put sausage pepperoni sorry for the camera cheese sausage pepperoni onions

hello wonderful world of youtube it's your boy alex today um well first of all sorry for having uploaded a few days i kind of got distracted and a little busy anyways yeah on monday we had among us night with the subs it was very fun um my brother joined and he's really good so it became kind of unfair at the spots but otherwise the game was really fun and we'll say thank everyone for joining um but yeah it was really fun and i do appreciate everyone coming
and yeah something you know what's been interesting me these last few days is the monoliths um you guys probably heard them they've been popping up now for like about a half month all across the world and i kind of i really want a little wine i guess for like my lego city i want to go see one of them too because they look pretty cool in the photos i mean some of the photos of them like really sweet but uh i don't know if i'll ever be able to see it because you know the
current there's only one permanent installation of one and that's made by some guy in california because it's in a 700 concrete 600-pound concrete base so it's it's in california i don't know if i want to travel all the way to california just just to see a concrete or a giant stainless steel pillar anyways um what else uh you know actually just last night cyberpunk came out and it sounded pretty tired but it's not because i was playing up stanley playing cyberpunk it's because i just

Online school setup
hello wonderful world of youtube it's alex you know uh today um let's see well i haven't made a video a couple days i thought i'd make a video um so the other day it was like two days ago now i got my laptop back finally so i did a live stream i think a couple of you guys tuned in i was live streaming me building a canal in minecraft it's pretty cool you know what i don't think if you guys have actually ever seen my laptop here's my laptop there's a red lit keyboard i have the lw asd
that's a survey plan i'm just hanging out in spawn you guys can see it i have some shaders turned on we also have my chromebook here this is the ideal online school setup honestly um and i'll tell you for my laptop i'm actually using it for the google me i've allocated a lot of resources on my laptop to google chrome to run the google meets um so now whenever i do it i should not be getting any lag and if anything the nvidia fps counter should be giving me about
60fps so it's good to hear huh um you know the chromebook there they actually do the schoolwork on pretty ingenious pretty smart uh it's a bit loud i don't know if you guys have to hear it because some cooling fans but anyways yeah um what else oh um the other day um they announced the new among us map it's gonna be airship it's really cool pretty stoked not gonna lie i guess one more thing i'm gonna talk about is um so a while back i got a clone helmet
you guys remember that i said make a video when i got the visor thing is i'm not lying um and a helmet is on my top shelf sorry guys but the visor still doesn't come in and i have been wondering why so i looked and it turns out in cleveland there's a bit of a postal backup because i don't have enough staff there's like 40 semi just sitting waiting for weeks it's horrible but you know what i mean yeah it's kind of their own fault so anyways if you like this video please like

Unicorns
hello world of youtube it's alex you know earlier today i was on a phone call with a good friend of mine and i was like you know i gotta make a video because i haven't done one in like i think like four days at this point i'm sorry i just kind of been uh lazy and say you know do a video about unicorns like you know what unicorns let's do this so you know unicorns what are they well they're they're honestly a bit more believable than a giraffe okay there are horses with a horn on
their head that sticks out now i'm pretty sure if this means they're actually a apex predator apex but like they would be eating other animals because having a horn in your head especially if it was very sharp means you could jab and kill like animals and eat them so ideally i think the unicorn was that would actually be a very menacing creature to fight another thing is well unicorns okay okay i i said the unicorns are more believable than giraffes now hear me out a
horse with a 40-foot neck or a horse with a horn what's more believable i'll tell you what's more believable it's it's the unicorn you would think that a giraffe doesn't exist and honestly i have a belief or did have a belief that you know that giraffes didn't exist i had it for a very long time unfortunately i uh or i guess fortunately i don't know i stopped believing that because i uh matured it was like kind of a joke all throughout seventh grade and i actually petitioned to have
giraffes all mentions of them to be removed from our textbooks so yeah fun story you know one other thing unicorns they're pretty cool if you really think about it you know some interpretations they could fly some of them they have rainbows and some of them are like white majestic creatures not like i should have worn that better like white fur like you know pretty cool and you know what unicorns i mean i would like to see one for real but you know otherwise i would say

IT FINALLY CAME

DMCA and why it sucks
hello wonderful world of youtube it's uh it's me alex i think you guys know that by now but i'm going to say that anyways just because in case you don't know who i am anyways i mean today this video is uh they're probably explaining why i might not do as many live streams anymore um it has to do actually with the release bill that was passed yesterday i believe uh and it's it sounds really weird but with the new covid relief bill um they changed the laws around copyright
violations specifically with music with the digital millennium copyright act originally it used to be the boat at most a misdemeanor and i believe a 500 fine which for most people like me yeah i don't want to do that you know i don't want to break the rules but it's not bad like i might be out of a couple hundred bucks and it might take me a while to pay it back you know if i'm taking a loan but in the end i it's not bad the misdemeanor does not look bad nearly as bad on a record
compared to well now a felony which is how which is what now a digital millennium copyright act violation is now considered as a felony meaning if i were to live stream my minecraft and let's say i don't know for god forsaken reason they said the copyright my music that's playing the background which is just default minecraft music well then i could have a felony which i want there's a couple personal reasons why i do not want to get a felony one of them is i don't want to
be seen as a felon second one there's a couple things i want to do later in life that involves not being a felon um specifically purchasing a couple things if you're an american i think you know what i'm going i don't know if i could say that on youtube though but uh you know um i just want to one day when i'm older purchase a firearm just uh just to really not even use it i really just want it just as like a yeah i'm american and i have a second amendment right it says i can own
firearms so i'm gonna do it that's it might not even ever really use it it would just be like a nice you know because i'm american i can do this but yeah to put simply if the bill is signed by the president which i don't think he said he signed it because he wants two thousand dollars as a stimulus of two of six hundred so if that happens um we we you might not see me livestream anymore as of now i still have plans to livestream until that bill is passed into law otherwise yeah

hey guys it's alex you know um you know a couple days ago i think i remember saying something about i was gonna do a book review anyway well i ordered this book i think i told you guys about on discord but it was a book made by scholastic teaching about uh the internet came in it's pretty sweet now okay i read the book already and i gotta tell you this book was published august 2000. i swore it said on amazon it was from like 1998 but i was wrong so
honestly i made a mistake but on this is still a really good book i guess to show from when we started the internet back in well the late 90s or early 90s by that it's so good it's a piece of media i've been i want to have now i have it so i actually read it the entire thing cover to cover um i learned some pretty cool stuff about it actually uh so honestly it it's here i'll you know i'll show you the screen give me a second see you know it's really just a kids book like like a children's
book about it but you know most of the stuff on this front page alone pretty accurate you need the monitor your keyboard your your tower if you're using a desktop and a mouse so most of this stuff here is actually still pretty accurate now the the actual stuff except maybe the keyboard aren't really up to date and that's mainly because well this book's 20 years old but you know it's a really good book actually you know explaining what the internet is and it does a really good
job of saying it's for communication like like you open up and you see like these i don't know those are books yeah they're books it's like it's a library it's kind of a library or a network but it's then you this is actually one of the cool things this page has really shown me like how cool this book is so it's like oh yeah there's a kid here uh in new york talking into some get uh looks like a family from like japan or something you know it's pretty dated it's really really dated but sorry for
the glare though but you flip the page it's actually an open area and then like they got a poster over here of new york and it's and then you see the these these these kids talking to you know good idea where's the stuff in here still uh i'm pretty out of date like pretty sure that's a floppy and i'm pretty sure this type of computer has not been in production for nearly 30 years uh sorry but this is another cool part about this book like one of the things they did was like oh this style
books has like transparent pages so like like you know see like all the stuff on the internet i got a computer but then you flip the page it shows you that it's like oh you like egypt yeah it's like going to an actual museum i'm going to tell you this book pretty cool and it has a bunch of these pages and actually really for the most part this book says oh you could use it to carry out projects you know work from home plan vacation most that stuff in this book is actually still true
in fact if i'm right the only thing in this book that i could see that was really wrong so i want to say the modem what i could tell the first read-through it was that you need a modem and i don't think computers use motives if they still do might be wrong they don't go through telephone lines anymore there's dedicated internet lines and just in case you guys want to see the technical info you do have you know all the legal stuff originally published in france 1989 under internet by
edition's government i can't pronounce that oops but uh well then they're gonna really track me down but yeah this book this book is a really that's not a good read but it's not a bad one either like for the most part this book is still up to date it's just if you had this in a library now it would be super out of date and it would look weird to have a book of this age there anyways that's me reviewing this book if you really liked the video please like comment subscribe uh tell some
